As a vocalist we need to use the lyrics to interpret the song to the audience. I have decided to tell a stories beyond the lyric. Mostly fiction. I believe this will help me understand the songs more and also make me a better artist,

Polkadots and Moonbeams Part 1
You walk in the restaurant, you order, the music is playing, you get up to go to the bathroom, as you come out of the bathroom, someone bumps into you. You hear an "oh I'm so sorry" you look up and "oh my" you are hit over the head with her beauty. All you really see are stars. She smiles and goes into the bathroom as you go to your table. Now all you can think about, is this woman. You've never seen someone so enchanting. So you're trying to figure out what to do. There's music playing in the background and you see her dancing by herself. So finally you say to yourself "do it man, what do you have to lose?" You get up and walk over to her and ask her to dance. She says "well of course, I owe you a dance from being so clumsy" the song changes and it's a slow song. You feel like you are on cloud nine. It's like you're the only two people in the room. Other dancers are just staring at you all. So the dance is over and you both decide to eat together. You talk and talk for hours. The waiter comes over and says that they are getting ready to close. "Wow, I can't believe it's already 1am!" You've been been there for hours, it only seemed like a minute. So you exchange contact info............. Story to be continued
